Caño Island

This tour begins with a 12 mile boat ride to the beautiful beaches of Cano Island. During the boat ride, guests of Drake Bay often report sightings of various sea life including dolphins, sea turtles, and whales. Once you reach the island, you can choose to relax on the warm beach, snorkel in the gleaming ocean, or hike around the island to discover ancient Indian burial grounds and breathtaking views.

Be sure to bring a swimsuit, hat, water bottle, some sunscreen, and hiking shoes. The guided tour leaves the resort at 7:30 in the morning and departs the island at 3:00. This tour requires a minimum of 2 people.
